During my recent escape to Merta Beach Bungalow By Bukit Vista, I was enchanted by the serene location, just off the main road yet wonderfully secluded, providing an idyllic refuge from the hustle and bustle. The spacious double room offered a amazing sea view from the balcony, and I found myself unwinding completely in the comfortable bed-with cool air-conditioning to complement the tropical warmth. Having a private bathroom with free toiletries and a flat-screen TV added to the convenience, but it was the amazing platform between the bungalow and the ocean where my heart lay; I enjoyed sunbathing and meditating amid the gentle ocean breeze. While the beach is accessible only at low tide, swimming down the stairs into the crystal-clear water was an lovely experience. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist with shuttle arrangements made exploring nearby attractions, like Gamat Bay and Teletubbies Hill, effortless. I happily left this tranquil bungalow vowing to return, as it offered a beautifully curated blend of comfort, nature, and wellness that aligns perfectly with my values as a travel writer and yoga enthusiast.
